Do Potential Clients Meet You In Person Before Deciding To Hire You?

I want people to come in and meet me and feel comfortable with me representing them as their attorney because there is a lot on the line. You could have a criminal record for the rest of your life, you could go to prison, and you could go to jail. I want that person that feel comfortable that I have the knowledge and the experience to take care of their case. I also want to make sure that our personalities do not conflict. Usually, that does not happen, but some people come in with such an attitude that they are difficult to work with. I am a very down-to-earth person; I meet with people in jeans and a t-shirt, I have tattoos, I am a normal person. Clients are more comfortable with a normal person interviewing them, versus some guy in a suit who is looking down on them

You would not be calling an attorney if it was not something important to you. So, take the 15 to 30 minutes to come in and talk to me in person. We do not charge anything, you will walk out with more knowledge, and then you can make an intelligent decision on where you want to go from there. I always recommend my clients talk to other attorneys because I want them to see that I am telling them the truth. You really need to make sure that the attorney you are talking to knows the law and you need to feel comfortable with them. Spend the time to meet with your attorney to discuss your case and see if you are comfortable with that person before you are putting your future in his hands and paying him money.
